General improvements
The Settings menus have been reorganized into a new hierarchy:

Usability improvements
- It is now possible to create vulnerability views on the fly from the
Vulnerabilities dashboard. This can come in handy when you want to save the
current filter selections as a view and use it later.

- You can now configure the automatic reopening of previously closed
vulnerabilities if they are detected again in the following cases:
- On version change, when project version management is enabled.
- New: After Agent restart, when project version management is disabled.

The Seeker REST APIs have been upgraded to OpenAPI v.3.
Agents
The Seeker Agents have been enhanced with the following features:
