Symptoms

An Agent is installed but doesn't appear as connected on the Connected Agents page.

Causes and Resolutions

Cause Resolution
The Agent has not been loaded. Browse the application to cause the Agent to load.
Unsupported environment or technology, such as an operating system or PHP version.

Make sure that the technologies in use are supported by the Agent, as specified in PHP Agent: Supported Technologies.
Incorrect Agent configuration.
  • Reinstall the Agent using the Connect Agent Wizard, carefully following its manual instructions. Make sure to pick the Agent binaries that match your server's PHP version and thread safety.
  • Verify that the file and folder owner and permissions for seeker.ini and the Agent binaries are correct and match the file permissions of the other PHP extensions installed in the system.
