Export Vulnerabilities
In addition to displaying detected vulnerabilities in various contexts, Seeker enables you to export this information in different formats.
The available formats are CSV, JSON, XML, and PDF report. The scope of exported information matches the currently selected filters, such as projects, severity, status, classification, and more.
While the CSV, JSON and XML exports contain plain machine-readable data for passing to other systems, PDF reports are designed for your convenience, and include:
- A graphical distribution of vulnerabilities by severity.
- The details of the application's compliance with the major security standards.
- The details of detected vulnerabilities along with remediation guidance, triage history, and comments for each.
Click the Export dropdown list or Export
PDF button. If the dropdown list appears, select the required format.
Depending on the context, the following exports/reports will be generated:
Context | Description |
---|---|
Projects page |
|
Project: Application Security page | Project Summary report or Full Project report in PDF format. |
Project: Compliance page | Compliance report: compliance statistics for the current project according to the selected scope in PDF format. |
Project: Component Risk page | Component Risk export/report (vulnerabilities detected by BDBA in the 3rd-party components) for the current project in the selected format. |
A file containing the exported information named synopsys-seeker-<topic>_<date>_<report ID>.<fmt> appears in your Downloads folder.
